Takedown and rights

If you are a lecturer, school or rights holder and believe material derived from your work should not be here, email info@verelect.com with the lecture title and, if known, the school and course.

We acknowledge within 2 working days and resolve within 10. Verelect never keeps your slides — files are deleted once read — so what is removed is the generated study material.

Common questions

My university email isn’t accepted.

Verelect accepts .ac.uk addresses. If your medical school uses a different domain, email us with the domain and we’ll add it.

A guideline finding looks wrong.

Tell us the lecture and the finding. We’ll re-check it and correct the result if needed.

A number is marked UNVERIFIED.

Two sources disagreed or no current guideline could be found — it was deliberately not guessed. Check it before your exam.

Billing.

Card changes and cancellation are on the subscription page (Stripe’s billing portal). For refunds, email us.

Notion stopped publishing.

Usually the connection was revoked or the Medicine page was moved. Settings → Notion shows what happened and lets you reconnect. Your notes are always downloadable.
